No, you don’t. However, your email need to be confirmed. Also, we suggest to have a group email to create your username for a better usability of the Makara insights service.

Does the Customer Performance Profile information have an expiration date?
Yes it does. Information from the Customer Performance Profile report is valid for one month.
Is the estimated demurrage amount reflected over the platform equal to the unit’s demurrage invoice?
No. The amount reflected over the platform is an estimation of the charges.
How often are tariffs and free days from the Makara Demurrage Index updated?
The tariffs and free days from the Makara Demurrage Index are updated every 72 hours.
How often is the tracking/movement information updated over the Makara Insights platform?
It is updated every 24 hours.
